Therapy to help you achieve peace and contentment
You know that something feels off…
but you cannot quite put your finger on it, let alone try to change it...
You feel misunderstood, lost, or confused–like you are not sure what is happening or if you can get better.
You want to know why you feel the way you do, but you feel helpless trying to figure it out.
You think (or know) that you or a loved one may be on the autism spectrum, and you want support for your/their unique brain.
You want your home and family life to feel more peaceful, but you do not know what to do differently.
You are worried that something is “wrong” with you, but you do not know exactly what it is.
We See you struggling & want you to know
There is a reason you feel the way that you do, and no, you are not “crazy” or “broken.”
We understand that your body is responding exactly as it was designed to—to protect you—and that your symptoms are simply a sign that something within you needs attention and support.
Therapy can help.
At Rightly Dividing Truth Counseling, we value client advocacy, proper boundaries, and a comprehensive understanding of the brain, body, attachment, and trauma. You want (and deserve) to feel better now, which is why we use a targeted approach to identify the core issues causing your symptoms within the first three sessions.
We do not waste your time with endless sessions that lead nowhere. Through this structured, results-driven method, we help you get to the root of your challenges and take tangible steps toward realistic solutions.
How WE can help
Our Services:
-
Our structured therapy approach is thoughtfully designed to help you gain clarity about your emotions and experiences. Together, we will uncover the causes of your symptoms, identify the core problem, and help you resolve it by giving you tangible skills to start implementing right away. Most clients complete therapy within 6 months to a year, depending on their level of need.
-
We use a family-centered approach to support young people ages 10-18. By strategically involving parents in key parts of the session, our goal is to heal attachment and ensure healthy communication. As the parent/guardian, you will be fully involved in the treatment plan and parts of sessions so you and your child will feel confident maintaining your progress at home even after our work together has ended.
-
We help married couples develop a deeper understanding of why you and your partner feel, behave, and communicate the way you do. Through both joint and individual sessions, we support spouses in growing closer so they can overcome challenges in their marriage even after our work together is complete.
-
The Safe and Sound Protocol is an evidence-based listening therapy developed by Dr. Stephen Porges based on his Polyvagal Theory. This non-invasive intervention uses specially filtered music to stimulate the vagus nerve, helping retune your nervous system to better support connection, collaboration, and resilience. Available for both children and adults, the SSP can accelerate therapeutic outcomes when used alongside traditional therapy approaches.
